Der wirtschaftliche Nutzentrenner mit hoher Produktivität
Economical depaneling machine ILR Compact
The ILR-Compact depaneling machine is an attractively priced solution for small to medium batch sizes with medium to high product variance. This machine's very high price-performance ratio was not achieved through high-speed processes, but rather through a consistent value-based approach that enables a low machine investment while simultaneously meeting all the key functionalities and requirements of the automotive industry.
In terms of modularity and upgradeability, the ILR-Compact offers virtually everything its big brother, the SAR-1300, can do. The machine is limited to the milling process and cannot be upgraded with a disc milling module.
Despite the low investment, the machine utilizes state-of-the-art drive technology and uses linear motor technology with high precision in the x, y, and z directions. No compromises are made in terms of flexibility. Furthermore, our workpiece carrier solutions, such as MAGNOPLATE and "do-it-yourself," can be used, thus enabling customers to work economically and flexibly in high-mix production.
