Inline depaneling system for flexible, fully automatic separation with optional palletizing

For medium to large batch sizes and low to medium product variance: The SCHUNK inline depaneling machines of the ILR series, combined with a gripper changing system, ensure maximum flexibility and minimal setup times. The specially developed rapid panel loading and the use of highly dynamic drives with path control for cutting and PCB handling achieve the highest possible throughput. The simple and weight-optimized design of the PCB grippers significantly reduces tooling costs.

The linear motor pallet handling system detects the pallet status via light barriers and thus ensures trouble-free operation even with different pallet variants.

Inline depaneling machines can be equipped with a PAL-1400 palletizing system upon request. This allows the separated assemblies to be placed directly into trays measuring up to 600 x 400 mm for further processing. Tray feeding is possible using either a trolley or a conveyor belt. Optional pallet coding allows for reliable processing of a wide variety of pallet types.

Gripper finger changing station

The automatic gripper finger change allows for quick and easy product changes without the need for additional, costly grippers. Up to 24 gripper fingers can be stored in the magazine, allowing for 276 finger combinations. The machine is permanently equipped with all products.
